Loading ...I’m going up to White Plains with some friends in a week and we were trying to decide where to eat. After doing a local search for Westchester County restaurants, I came across this video for The Melting Pot in W.P. Looks inviting. Has anyone been there? Any comments on the dining experience? IS THE FOOD ANY GOOD? 
Speaking of restaurants, the New York Times did a recent write up on a Persian restaurant called Shiraz in Elmsford. Nice little town, but not exactly the place I’d expect to find a fine dining establishment – particulary Middle Eastern. I have a feeling it’ll be a nice little treat; the Times gave it a Very Good rating – whatever that means.
